Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

offline study with ipad4?

going to take the plane for some hours and would like to use the time to skritter on my ipad.
any advice or experience?

Add enough chars for the trip beforehand, that's all.

Be aware though that just because you fly 10 hours you will not do the 100 new chars in one trip ;) I normally add 10 or 20, and with all the reviews I still have pending anyway, that's enough for me to get tired of skrittering on the plane.
