Sync problems - website not updating

brbonner   October 27th, 2013 11:26a.m.

I get the green light on the app on my iPod Touch 5G iOS 7 and the sync log shows dozens of successes over the last three days, but I cannot see any changes on the website. I have tried force syncing. I have checked that I am logged into the same account in both places. No change.

I would like to start using the Wacom tablet to do some writing online as well, but I won't bother as long as the sync won't work. I'm still in the trial period for the subscription and would like to see the sync happen before I make the financial commitment.

Any ideas would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Hi there--can you use the in-app feedback mechanism to send the sync log over to us? That way we can take a look and see what might be going on. Sounds like a bug. Sorry about this!

Also, can you test whether doing a few reviews on the web version can sync to the iOS app?

Thanks for your help and with the emails. I live in Thailand, and my iPod Touch was set to their calender, the BE calendar, so the date was set as 2556, which you solved via email. Also, the website was set to have me study Chinese instead of Japanese. Hopefully this information will help somebody with a similar problem. Thank you!
