transfer from a clickpass acount to "skritter" account

Hi

I realise that you now have other problems on your hands (those are some noticable changes by the way...I especially like how now in the HSK lists the words are presented together and not seperately....and looking forwards to trying out the next hsk levels.)

What I was wondering how I can transfer my clickpass account to a skritter account. If I give in my username to retrieve my password, it doesn't recognise it. Am I missing something obvious or should I simply try a bit later?

Cheers

David

You can set your password from the account page when you're logged in through Clickpass. Also, note that the user name is case-sensitive (Baifameizhong, not baifameizhong). Then next time you log in, you can use the username/password. You'll still have the Clickpass login if you like, or you can get rid of it on that same account page.

Hope this helps!

Thanks... I wanted to do this as well.. but if you mouseover account you just got preferences, which didn't have the answer... and I think that's why I didn't find it until now at least... basically I'm dumb :)

First day with the changes, nothing to comment on them yet, but on a related note, I tried to make a password with 6 characters and it told me "needs to be 6 or more characters" and it happened twice... just me?

Keep up the great work!

Hmm. We'll consider ways of making those menus more intuitive.

I've fixed the password length so that the error triggers on strictly less than 6-character passwords. Sorry about that!

I now managed to log in with just my profile and my password. It took a few tries but that was because the googel apps engine somehow wasn't happy and wanted me to try later (which I did and it worked:).
