Looks like the Great Firewall or something like it is preventing you from completely loading www.skritter.com because it is hosted on Google App Engine, which is periodically blocked. Try instead our mirror:

legacy.skritter.cn

This might also be caused by an internet filter, such as SafeEyes. If you have such a filter installed, try adding appspot.com to the list of allowed domains.

If that didn't work after a clear local data, then I don't think this approach will work; I'll have to think of something else, potentially in the next app version.

malaili, What exactly does it mean to hide definitions? Can you explain what the prompt is, what you do when prompted, and what you then see afterward? What parts are you studying? Can you say any more on why you think it is helpful for comprehension?

Okay, thanks. I think I am confused as to the difference between "definition" and "meaning" but if I play around with the settings I'm sure I can figure it out.
