Most of those definitions seem to come straight out of CEDICT/MDBG, so they look good. Note that 上天 has several more meanings (it seems to be somewhat ambiguous out of context). It's already in the Skritter DB with lots of those meanings, so you don't have to worry about it.

I'm in the process of picking up Ender's Game in Chinese. I'll be sure to make that a Skritter list when I have some free time to actually read the book. I'm sure it will have a lot of fun vocabulary.
