Skritter keeps on quitting

Alec6664   September 23rd, 2012 10:29p.m.

Every once in a while, skritter will close itself, and I will lose the last couple of words I've done. Is it anything I am doing, or is it a bug?

Nicki   September 23rd, 2012 11:05p.m.

That happens to me too. Other programs do it on occasion as well though, so I wonder if it's just my ipod that has the issue.

Mandarinboy   September 24th, 2012 2:27a.m.

Ipod seems to lack enough internal memory so I often have this on the touch but rarely on my phone. Even with all other apps killed i keep on getting this.

junglegirl   September 24th, 2012 3:02a.m.

I also get this pretty regularly on my iPod Touch, but especially when returning to Skritter after hitting the Pleco button.

DependableSkeleton   September 24th, 2012 11:22a.m.

I also have this problem on my first generation iPad. As with junglegirl, it especially quits after returning from Pleco.

I assume that it is a problem with my old (!) hardware. I only lose one or two cards of data, so it doesn't really bother me.

nick   September 24th, 2012 7:11p.m.

Yeah; the memory demands are just too much for the poor thing, so it bursts. A new one then replaces it as if nothing has happened. It's hard to run anything on the memory available in the 4th-gen iPod touch and 1st-gen iPad.

How big a problem is it for you, on a scale of one to rage?

Nicki   September 24th, 2012 10:21p.m.

1 :)

DependableSkeleton   September 24th, 2012 10:44p.m.

1 for me.

nixxon   October 2nd, 2012 7:26p.m.

total rage, sorry

junglegirl   October 3rd, 2012 4:31a.m.

Enough to make me swear out loud, but I can live with it.

Phoboss   October 3rd, 2012 5:55a.m.

I also loose some words but it's Not that Often.
