I don't know how feasible this is (or in fact whether there'd be any interest in it beyond my own), but it would be great if attached to each word there was a small blank pad to add your own notes from a lesson (e.g. grammar structures, linked words, relevant points on how to use, maybe even a few example sentences that you want to jot in quickly rather than add to the example sentences section).

I currently tend to do this in the mnemonic section, but it's not so convenient when I want to actually have a mnemonic too (esp when I switch to the iPhone app).

Yeah, I did try it out. A great solution if you're only using skritter online, but I use the app pretty heavily too and it's usually too much text for the app to contain. The same is also sometimes true of using the mnemonic section for notes within the app, it runs out of space and there's no ability to scroll. I'm using an iPhone mind, not an iPad.

It's not an issue when using online as you have two mnemonic fields for both the characters and the whole word, so one is spare for adding notes. But, once you swap to the app, it'll only show you the mnemonic for the word or the character, so you can't see both. It would be great to have a separate, dedicated 'notes' field (that on the app has the ability to scroll too).

I find looking at notes quickly when I'm skrittering a pretty useful addition. It helps reinforce the proper use of the word should you need to see it, and refreshes relevant points you may have covered in a lesson. Trawling through an old textbook realistically isn't going to happen that often, and for some of the more complex words sometimes the definitions aren't quite enough. Nothing beats your own notes for revision!

Again, don't know how many others would want this but I've always thought giving people the option to upload their notes to the cloud a very good idea from both the end-user and a business point of view.

I'd support either a notes section (pull down like mnemonics one) or a scroll on the mnemonic box in the app, but text should get pretty small before have to scroll if use scroll.

The text should currently get really small--how long are these notes you're trying to enter that they cut off?
